Shelby's Volcano

I am proud to tears of this project!  Shelby (4) made it without being asked to and without help.  It's a volcano near the ocean.  The orange is the lava, the blue the water.   She's been interested in volcanoes for some months now.  I got a National Geographic DVD on the subject last week thinking it would be too technical and boring, but worth trying.  She loved it!  We also got a few books, but haven't had too much time to read them yet.
