This was our first (of many apparently) ballet recital. It was adorable beyond words. Performers' ages ranged from 3 to 17 and they were pretty good. Of course the younger the dancers, the cuter (mistakes and all). I was sitting too far back to get good pictures of all the other numbers, but I was able to get some not-so-good video. The girls got roses after the performance. Their faces were glowing with pride!

My sweet Delaney! What a sweet blessing you are. This past year has gone by so fast, maybe because I'm holding on to your babyhood so hard. We all eat you up! You're the liveliest of the buch at this age. You are one busy baby! I'm savoring every minute of you and your sister's childhoods, especially these early years when you are all so sweet and innocent. At the same time I look forward to seeing what kind of women you will be. May you be surrounded by love and peace for many, many birthdays to come.
